Refund Policy
These Terms of Purchase are made and entered into by and between Global Trade Deal, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company, with an address at 8130 Majors Glen Ct, Cumming, GA, 30041 (the “Seller”), and you (the “Buyer”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM US, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS REFUND POLICY AND TERMS OF PURCHASE.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Cumming, Georgia.
Description & Delivery of Goods
The Seller agrees to deliver the goods specified in the online order or invoice. Delivery is made FOB Shipping Point, and ownership transfers to the Buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Inspection & Risk of Loss
- Buyer has the right to inspect goods upon delivery
- Risk of loss transfers to Buyer once goods are shipped
- Risk remains with Buyer even for returned goods until received by Seller
Rejection of Non-Conforming Goods
Goods must be inspected within 30 days of delivery. Any rejection must be submitted in writing, stating the reason for rejection.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Buyer must request Return Authorization before sending items back
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer
- A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns
- Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection
Limitation of Warranty & Liability
All goods are covered only under a Limited Warranty as provided in writing. Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
